原药为浅黄色晶状粉，熔点165℃，密度1.47g/ml(20℃):蒸气压1.93E-16mmHg at 25°C 。溶于二氯甲烷、乙腈与丙酮，它是一种弱酸，pKa3.12(20 ℃)，由于其弱酸性，故离子化程度因pH 而异，水溶度系pH 依赖型，从20 ℃时2.2g/L(pH4.8)、15g/L(pH6.9)至22g/L(pH9.0)，pH4~9时抗水解。
Physical and chemical properties
The original drug is a light yellow crystalline powder with a melting point of 165°C, a density of 1.47g/ml (20°C): vapor pressure 1.93E-16mmHg at 25°C. It is soluble in dichloromethane, acetonitrile and acetone. It is a weak acid with pKa3.12 (20 ℃). Because of its weak acidity, the degree of ionization varies with pH. Water solubility is pH-dependent, from 2.2 at 20 ℃. g/L (pH4.8), 15g/L (pH6.9) to 22g/L (pH9.0), anti-hydrolysis at pH 4-9.
1. Applicable crops: corn
2. Control object: annual broadleaf weeds + some gramineous weeds (broadleaf control effect is better than gramineous)
(1) Mesotrione soil treatment
At 150g/hm, the control effect of most broad-leaved weeds tested was 90%, and the control effect of gramineous weeds was over 80%. The biological activity of mesotrione is about twice that of the similar agent sulcotrione.
(2) Mesotrione stem and leaf treatment
At 100g/hm, the control effect of broadleaf weeds can reach 90%, and the control effect of grass weeds can reach 70%. The biological activity of the stem and leaf treatment of mesotrione is about 3 times that of the similar medicine.
(3 Mesotrione mixed with atrazine
To make up for the effect of synergistic mesotrione on grass weeds, adding atrazine can significantly improve the control effect on grass weeds and reduce the amount of mesotrione.
